EZ Systems is led by John and Ben Grauer. John has built enterprise systems for 30+ years. Ben has built digital products used by millions. We’re independent and vendor-neutral.
John has more than 25 years in IT, across FMCG, finance, manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceuticals and not-for-profit.
He works with IBM AS/400 systems, Microsoft tools, data warehousing and financial systems, and has led projects from planning through to full delivery.
Ben has spent more than 10 years building digital financial products used by millions of Australians, most recently leading the everyday banking experience at ANZ Plus, where he grew the customer base to 1.3 million.
Earlier, at CommBank, he built Benefits Finder into a hero product that put more than $1 billion back in customers’ pockets. He has led product and delivery teams, studied information systems and behavioural economics, and works hands-on with AI.
